Join us at Dakota Vines Vineyard & Winery for an evening dedicated to one of the world's classic culinary pairings—wine and cheese. During this guided tasting experience, you'll discover how the right cheese can completely transform the character of a wine, while the wine, in turn, brings out new flavors and textures in the cheese.
Throughout the evening, Bob will lead guests through five carefully selected Dakota Vines wines, each paired with five distinctive cheeses chosen to showcase a variety of styles, textures, and flavor profiles. Along the way, you'll learn practical pairing tips and what makes certain combinations work so well.
Whether you're new to wine or have been enjoying it for years, this evening is designed to be educational, interactive, and most importantly, delicious.

Evening Schedule
5:15 PM – Tasting Room Opens
Come early and make it a complete evening! Dakota Vines pizzas and appetizers are available by pre-order before the event begins.
6:30 PM – Welcome & Introduction
A brief overview of the evening and the art behind pairing wine with cheese.
6:40 PM – Guided Pairing Experience
Enjoy five wine and cheese pairings while learning how acidity, sweetness, tannins, creaminess, and salt work together to create exceptional flavor combinations.
8:00–8:30 PM – Sip, Shop & Socialize
Stay after the tasting to visit with friends, ask questions, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at Dakota Vines.
