RENTAL RATES

$75/Hour (two hour minimum) + Minimum average sales of $10/person
You are allowed 30 minutes before the event for setup. Additional set up time and time spent in the venue after your scheduled ending time will be charged at the same hourly rate, rounded to the nearest half hour.
Dakota Vines does have a commercial kitchen and a limited appetizer menu (including pizza) is available. Please contact us for current options and pricing. Guests are allowed to bring their own cake and/or other desserts.
Outside beverages are not permitted in the winery. Limited beer and soda options are available if requested. Please contact us for current options and pricing.
WINE FLIGHTS (TASTINGS)
- Example: 30 guests x $10 = $300 minimum sales
- Sales per person may include; wine, other beverages, food, or merchandise.

WINE FLIGHTS (TASTINGS)
- Wine flights at your private event are available and include each guest’s choice of four different wines served by our staff.
INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL
- Tables and chairs for up to 34 guests in the "Gallery"
- Tables and chairs for up to 18 guests in the tasting room
- Access to the east and south patios
Please Note:
- Unless arranged prior to event, all events must end no later than 9:00 pm.
- We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice. To help us make sure we can make your experience the best it can be, your final guest count and number of hours of rental is due one week prior to your event. Final payment is due the day of your event.
Additional Information:
- Guests are not permitted in the production room or upstairs in the winery.
- The entire winery is a non-smoking area. The two outside patios are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted outside at the firepit.
- The winery is an agricultural business. Bugs, farming equipment and dirt are all part of the charm of a rural winery.
- Dakota Vines is a working farm with all the hazards that go along with life in the country.
- Dakota Vines is located by the Wild Rice River. For safety reasons, children are not to be outside without adult supervision.
TAXES
Current North Dakota sales/alcohol tax will be applied to all merchandise, food, and/or beverages.
Groups During Business Hours
Groups are always welcome (and encouraged) during business hours, but if the tasting room is busy, it may not be possible for you all to sit together. Reservations are not required, but are welcome, especially for groups of 5 or more.
If the tasting room is busy, individuals may be asked to come to the bar for service.
